Reviews
How often sports massage reviews
I have suffered with constant overuse injuries for two years before I hired James. Since I started working with James, and getting regular treatment from him, I have stayed injury free for over 3 years.
I chanced on James through a friend's referral just before I was to be sent for surgery through the NHS. He was a breath of fresh air in terms of how he assessed and treated the injury.

Questions

Can I have a sports massage every week?
Weekly firm work leaves little recovery time. Most people do better with at least two weeks between sessions.
Is once a month enough?
For many people in regular training, monthly works well.

After, ideally the next day, or two to three days before.
